Ethical engagement in heirs’ property work: A guide to inform dialogue and practice

The Heirs’ Property Ethics Project team consisted of professionals from multiple disciplines and fields. They facilitated dialogue, collected and analyzed data, and composed a series of scenarios for discussion with the mission to support those who work with heirs’ property owners. This first of its kind guide, grounded in rigorous research methodologies and informed by the expertise of professionals committed to ethical principles and community empowerment, demonstrates substantial progress in developing resources tailored to the complex needs of this unique population.
